Get help with your custom print design
Simply complete the custom print design brief provided, and submit it to us, then we'll get back to you with any questions or clarification to understand your requirements and vision, after which our designers will get to work in accordance with your design brief. Depending on the scope and complexity of the required design project, most initial designs will be provided within one to three business days.
You will receive:
- Two design options based on your brief for you to select from
- One round of revisions to your selected design artwork, to make any changes to create final artwork.
- One final print design as a jpg or pdf file
- Preparation of print design ready for incorporation in manufacture of your selected garments.
*Further revisions to design artwork not included, and will require a further custom print design fee.

Tips for briefing the print designer
- Involve all decision makers who will be involved in the approval process of your final design
- Be open to creative options, but clear about what you don't want
- Be honest in your feedback when requesting any revisions. If you don't quite like or understand the design options presented, refer to the design brief and ask questions till you feel happy with the design outcome. We want you to be happy!
- Spend time thinking about and creating the design brief. Rubbish in, rubbish out right. If you've put time into providing a well thought out design brief to provide good input, the design output will usually be pleasing
- Provide examples of other designs in the styles which you like
